shot Blasting
Machine. The machine
is suitable for
small to medium
size of components.The
machine is having
4 Nos. of satellite
table each having
dia 500mm. These
tables are mounted
on mother table.
The Operators
stand at window
of the machine
and can continuously
load-unload the
components hence
highly productive
breakfree machine.
The cabinet of
the machine is
lined with alloy
steel liners and
the abrasive recycling
system consists
of screw conveyor,
bucket elevator
and hopper and
an effective abrasive
separation and
dust collection
system is provided
which ensures
the continuous
removal of sand/
scale/dust &
broken pellets
from the abrasive
in circulation.
A powerful blast
wheel is mounted
strategically
on the roof of
cabinet which
throws abrasives
on the satellite
table. The machine
can be used for
shot blasting
as well as shot
peening application.
Sequence of operation
of the machine
is controlled
by Programme Logic
Controller.
